With deep roots on the Sunshine Coast, Conner continues a tradition of delivering clear, practical guidance across wills and estates, real estate, and business law.

The firm is now in a new home. Our office is at 105 - 641 Mahan Road in Gibsons, and we serve clients from Gibsons to Egmont.

What we do

We practise in three areas, all from the Gibsons office.

Wills & Estates

Wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements, and help for executors and families with probate (the court process that confirms a will and the executor’s authority to act) and estate administration.

Real Estate

Conveyancing (the legal work of transferring a property) for buying and selling, mortgages and strata properties. We also advise on land use, development and subdivisions.

Business Law

Incorporation, shareholder agreements, commercial leases and contracts, and help when you are buying or selling a business.

Meet Conner

Conner Wear is the lawyer at Suncoast Law. In 2026 he was appointed to the Elphinstone Area Planning Commission of the Sunshine Coast Regional District.
