Conner is a lawyer on the Sunshine Coast with a focus on land use/land development and real estate. He has volunteered on many boards, including being a founding member of the Vancouver Tool Library and sitting on the boards of the One Straw Society and Gibsons Affordable Housing Society.
With deep roots on the Sunshine Coast, Conner continues a tradition of delivering clear, practical guidance across wills and estates, real estate, and business law.

Suncoast Law works in three areas. Conner’s stated focus is land use, land development and real estate, and he assists clients across all three.

- Conveyancing (the legal work of transferring a property from one owner to another) for buying and selling, mortgages and strata properties, along with advice on land use, development and subdivisions.
- Wills & Estates
- Wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements, and help for executors and families with probate (the court process that confirms a will) and estate administration.
- Business Law
- Incorporation, shareholder agreements, commercial leases and contracts, and the legal side of buying or selling a business.
